Research Summary
Dr. Karathanasis' research focuses on the development of imaging and therapeutic agents based on the integration of nanotechnology, drug delivery and biomedical imaging (MRI, CT, optical). Specifically, his lab exploits nanomedicine's multifunctional and engineerable nature to facilitate improved personalization of treatments.
